Print Shipping Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Pack Your Item
Place the product in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
